"Hi, I am Tangela Washington, and I founded this sorority in answer to a clarion call my heart could not ignore. I sought to create a sacred space for women who longed for the Greek experience but never pledged in college or graduate school—and for those who did, yet found themselves lost in a sea of thousands. This organization was born to offer something deeper: a sisterhood so strong, so intentional, that it feels like family.

One of my primary objectives is to leverage the talents, education, and skills of both myself and each member to create a culture of synergistic empowerment and collective elevation. This organization is committed to growth—personally, professionally, and purposefully. From the bottom of my heart, I mean this sincerely: if you are not better this year than you were last year, then something is missing, and this space may not be the right fit. Growth is required. Sincerely and with love, I say this plainly: if you are not growing and glowing, then you are lacking—and you should be packing. Find yourself something else to do and spend your money somewhere else"
